“一个大马电邮”计划带动股价, 特力方案飙491%创6年新高

拜“一个大马电邮”计划所赐，原来被列为GN3公司而面临除牌危机的特力方案有限公司（Tricubes Bhd），其股价在过去一周飙升491%，创下了过去6年来的新高纪录。

首相纳吉于本周二宣布，特力方案将注资5000万令吉落实“一个大马电邮”计划，以加强政府与国人的直接与安全沟通。

距离最低价格翻了八倍

特力方案股价于2009年3月4日跌至最低点，即3.5仙，并且在去年11月1日再次跌至这个水平。不过，自纳吉周二的宣布开始，特力方案的股价即从谷底，如坐火箭般急速上扬。

特力方案的股价从周一收市的5.5仙，一共暴涨491%，至今日收市的32.5仙。比起去年最低点相比，其股价在一周内翻了8倍之多。

特力方案股权从周一的5.5仙，涨至周二收市的9.5仙，或72.7%涨幅。接着，在周三继续飙升16仙，涨幅为68%。

该公司昨日创下单日最高涨幅，即96.88%，股价飙至31.5仙，然后在今日以32.5仙收市。

Khairun Zainal Mokhtar, a Malaysian aged 45, was appointed to the Board of Tricubes as Chief Executive Officer on 25 August 2004. He was granted a Malaysian Government Scholarship and obtained his BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pacific-Stockton, California and he is the founder of Tricubes.

Khairun has more than 20 years experience primarily in Information Technology. He began his career in 1988 with NCR (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as a Sales Representative in the banking and financial sector. On leaving NCR in 1993, Khairun set up the representative office for Kapiti, providing banking software on the IBM AS/400 platform. Subsequently, he served as the Business Development Manager for Renong Solutions before returning to re-joined NCR in 1996 to assume the position of the Sales Director of the Financial Services Division. In 1997, at the age of 33, he became NCR’s Malaysia youngest ever country Managing Director.

He played a key role in the setting up of NCR’s joint venture in Malaysia, TricubesNCR JV Sdn Bhd, and eventually bought over the local shareholding of the JV and was appointed as Tricubes Chief Executive Officer.

CIMB Group Holdings Bhd's group chief executive said the group's 15% stake in Tricubes Bhd was an investment was made on behalf of a client and the group neither has board representation nor management control.

Datuk Seri Nazir Razak said on Friday, April 22 that he was made aware of some reports on the internet about CIMB's investment in Tricubes.

“I subsequently checked and found that the investment does exist, which was in 2001 and at 15%,” he told reporters after the banking group's annual general meeting. “But we are not involved in the management nor do we have board representation.

“This investment was done in 2001 by the CIMB private equity manager on behalf of a client,” he said.

“Any suggestion that we are somewhat involved in the business is totally malicious,” he said, adding that CIMB's investment in Tricubes was by virtue of investing in the client's money and it is a private equity business.

Nazir added that CIMB had invested over the years in 100 over companies via the private equity business and “this investment was made on behalf of a client”.

个人评语：虽然MCA和MIC是所谓在国阵的大政党，当都是当家不当权。如果是平起平坐，巫统的极端分子看的开吗？我不是在分化种族，只是政治的模式，应该不再旧框框里。时代变了，国阵不应该一尘不变。民主的国家可以容纳不一样的政党，但我们要向种族主义者say NO！

1. Every time I mention DAP's racism, the hackneyed rebuttal is that UMNO is a racial party, more than DAP.

2. UMNO, MCA and MIC are racial parties but they contest elections not under their own party names but as the Alliance or BN coalition. As a member of a multi-racial coalition they cannot promote only Malay, Chinese or Indian interests. They have coalesced into one political entity and their struggle is for all the races in that entity. The race based parties working together in the interest of members of all races lose their racial character.

3. The DAP, like the PAP, claims to be multi-racial but everyone knows the overwhelming majority of their members, supporters and their leaders are Chinese. And their struggle is principally against anything Malay and for what they claim to be Chinese rights. Their disguise that they are for Malaysians is exactly that - it is a disguise. No one is taken in by their claim to be multiracial.

4. The slogan Malaysian Malaysia clearly reflects that in their minds Malaysia is presently not for all races, that it is for Malays only. That the Alliance and the BN have representation from all races is ignored. That the parties share power in the Government is also ignored. That for 50 years the coalition has brought prosperity to all races, with the Chinese getting the biggest share because of their skills and ability is deliberately disregarded.

5. Before independence, the races were deeply divided. They were antagonistic towards each other. Because of this they formed race-based parties. Multi-racial parties just could not get the support of all races. Invariably they would be dominated and supported by one race or another. In elections they all lost.

6. But Tunku Abdul Rahman, the President of UMNO, together with Tan Siew Sin and V. T. Sambanthan decided that the races could cooperate more effectively if they form a coalition of racial parties. In a coalition the identities of the races would be retained and they can ensure that their interest and concerns would be heard and given serious consideration by the other racial parties. They felt more secure even if they made up a minority. In fact they were given equal representation in the High Council of the Coalition.

7. Assured that none would be side-lined, the race-based parties were willing to work together. There can be no doubt that this formula has resulted in Malaysia avoiding the kind of racial violence that are seen in other multi-racial or multi-religious countries. With the ensuing stability, Malaysia was able to develop and prosper. Can anyone deny that?

8. Only the blind and the bigoted would fail to see the success of the coalition of racial parties and the power-sharing Governments that they form in Malaysia. In fact the opposition parties have realised this and are trying to form a coalition. But so far they can only co-operate during elections. They now don't contest against each other. But each party is still racist, concerned only with its own race once the election is over.

9. Maybe one day everyone will forget their racial origins and regard themselves only as Malaysians. But that day has not arrived yet. Until then only the BN coalition can represent all the races in Malaysia.

沉默应对前锋报一个土著倡导, 郭素沁抨马华投鼠忌器怕巫统

个人评语：如我所料，蔡总的Double Standard肯定被哗然！都叫你快点制衡前锋报啦，否则华社看在眼里，痛在心里，票在荷兰。全体马华的领袖，如果你们还有良知，快快检讨来应付大选。不要届时兵败如山倒后，才来说检讨这，检讨那！


就在马华总会长蔡细历率领一众马华领袖大谈“不入阁论”之际，民主行动党今天抨击马华对巫统喉舌《马来西亚前锋报》所倡议的“一个马来人，一个土著”种族论调默不作声。

行动党士布爹国会议员郭素沁今天发表文告指出，马华这种投鼠忌器的态度，显示它根本无力抗衡巫统。“巫统所拥有的前锋报在过去两天来发表分裂各族的言论，倡导‘一个马来人，一个土著’运动来对抗所谓华人对马来人宰制的挑战，但马华领袖却对此课题出奇地安静。”

她指出，唯一有的马华声音是马华署理总会长廖中莱发表文告说，前锋报不能以偏概全，砂拉越州选成绩跟种族无关，相反地，与城乡需求不同有关。郭素沁批评廖中莱对前锋报的言论“软弱、谦卑和温和”，无视前锋报的煽动倡导形同给首相纳吉的一个大马刮了一巴掌。

她补充说，马华对前锋报沉默不语的立场并不让人意外，因为这是它过去一贯的作风。“他们不得不向前锋报叩头，因为害怕冒犯巫统——前锋报的业主和国阵的主宰政党。”

郭素沁表示，这种情况显示马华所宣称的国阵权力分享“完全是一场骗局”，丝毫无法捍卫华裔和各族人民的权益。她质问，若马华连生气都不敢，则它又要如何代表华裔马来西亚人发声呢？

郭素沁也批评廖中莱的言论跟自己早前的说法互相矛盾。之前，廖中莱宣称，国阵人联党的选举挫折是行动党玩弄种族两极化的结果。“显然，廖中莱根据他本身和马华当下的政治利益而改换立场。”她指出，她如今感到欣慰，因为廖中莱已承认行动党并非基于种族政治而在砂州选举获得巨大的胜利。郭素沁促请马华领袖拿出勇气，公开谴责前锋报所倡议的“一个马来人，一个土著”论调，以证明它真如所言捍卫华裔的权益。

入阁不入阁？

我很心痛，入阁不入阁的话题竟然可以成为热门！

蔡细厉会长的入阁论果然够高调，两位“副”部长--林祥才和李志亮率先表态支持，即若马华在来届大选遭受如同2008年大选的相同命运，中委会将慎重检讨马华在中央和州政府的地位。看清楚，是慎重检讨四个字！不是完完全全不受为和不入阁。

我过去虽然不是很喜欢蔡总，但蛮欣赏他的处事风格。如今却因为人联党大败砂拉越州选，提出人联党不该入阁的看法引起这么轰动的回响。搞到人联党现在左右为难，黄顺舸的命运更坎坷。最令人难堪的是，马华本身的暗涌又被掀起！当然在朝的马华高层会不顾一切护主，因为他们也是官官相护，say "YES"文化。

其实我认为蔡总应该负起这次言论的责任，率领全体马华退出在中央和州政府的地位！那么入阁论就更加的有作用！不然入不入阁，其他国阵友党不应该高调宣布。因为这是由中央和州政府最高领导人做的决定。

马华、民政和人联党，都是以华裔为主的政党。每个都说为华裔请命和反应华裔需要的东西，但你们身在江湖，身不由己。应该说，当家不当权！！每次因为选举失败，就说要检讨这个，检讨那个，到底要检讨到何时？

蔡总，马来西亚前锋报的国阵可以不依靠华裔支持，并继续执政的不争事实论和前锋报助理总编辑再尼哈山，在其专栏“Cuit”题为“赶快启动一个马来人，一个土著”（Ayuh! Gerakkan segera 1Melayu, 1Bumi）的文章里头，呼吁巫统发动“一个马来人，一个土著”运动，以联合其他的马来政党来阻止行动党夺取马来领导权，怎么你没有高调提出看法？？其实，马华应该更积极向巫统呛声，因为它们控制的前锋报每每都在分裂国民团结。如果华文报反击，我看内政部长--希山慕丁毫不犹豫采取内安法令或新闻法令来对付。

（注：南洋商报，18-04-2011--内政部长拿督斯里希山慕丁提醒华文报章，不要为了提高销量而渲染政治新闻，导致国家动乱，以免报章变得一文不值。他说，任何报章都可以站在反对党立场说话，但他发现华文报炒作新闻的程度，比其他语文报章来得严重。）

其实，国民团结才是首要任务！没有团结，什么鬼的言论和看法都可以出现。我个人期许教育要大改革，教育界不可以有种族主义极端分子，这样会荼毒学生的思想。当然还要有很多的方面的配合，尤其是政治人物！拜托别再发表伤害他族的言论。既然国阵要1Malaysia，那么政策里就别再分化土著和非土著。

政治人物与其车大炮，倒不如好好的服务人民！因为在民主的国度里，人民就是老板，人民就是力量，有人民的支持，才会有代议士。

308大选后的总会长姓黄不姓翁

马华总会长蔡细历建议中选的砂州人联党华裔议员不要入阁，已延烧到马华党内。

马华前总会长翁诗杰反击蔡细历，强调霹雳州政权于2009年2月二度变天后，当时出任署理总会长的蔡细历，不曾在会长理事会上要求退出霹雳州内阁。

“这个是会长理事会的决定，当时他（蔡细历）也有在里面，没有人说过要退出霹雳州内阁。”

“别忘记，蔡细历出任霹雳马华联委会主席已1年。如果他相信自己的说法，他大可推翻之前的决定，率领马华退出霹雳州政府。”

308后总会长不是姓翁

目前身在国外的翁诗杰接受《当今大马》电话访问时表示，除了霹雳州的马汉顺，马华在森美兰州也硕果仅存一位行政议员。

“还有森美兰与中央内阁，都是在308大选后的事情，那时是3月份，当时的总会长不是姓翁，而是姓黄。这个是黄家定的名单。”

“姓翁的是在10月份才当总会长，不要把冯京当马凉。”

“我倒台后，他做总会长，去年6月1日的内阁改组，名单是他呈上去的，他的儿子也做了（副部长）。”

违诺出任槟港务局主席

除此之外，翁诗杰也批评蔡细历违背“不当官”的承诺，虽然没有入阁当部长，但却出任槟城港务局主席，以及受委为纳吉担任主席的国家经济理事会成员。

“他也说过不要做官，但过后却出任槟城港务局主席和经济理事会成员，难道这些都是NGO（非政府组织）吗？”

放话来届再败慎重检讨

蔡细历日前在砂州选举出炉后，建议两名中选的人联党华裔议员勿入阁，否则将让人争当官的负面印象的言论吹皱一池春水。

他表示，人联党的华裔候选人在砂州选举显然没有得到华人的支持，因此该党并不能宣称获得代表华裔族群的正统性而加入州内阁。

针对马华在2008年大选遭受挫折后依然担任政府官职的课题，蔡细历重申，当时他并不是马华总会长，有关事情并不是他所能决定的。

“因此，我并不适宜评论霹雳州行政议员马汉顺医生的情况。我不能对我的前任总会长的决定做出评论。”

马华前一任的总会长正是蔡细历的宿敌翁诗杰。

蔡细历强调，倘若马华在来届大选遭受如同 2008年大选相同的命运，马华中委会将会慎重检讨该党在中央和州政府的地位。

“我重申，马华将一如既往的尊重和维护华社的意愿，并依据华社的意愿做出应有的回应和决定。

　心裡頭要是有一千一萬個不願意，更要站上台，把趙傳的成名曲改一改，高唱《你很醜，可是我很溫柔》。唱出聽眾的心聲，這才叫專業。

　許多西方明星，從不自我設限，他們把本國和國際政治，當家事來看。

　玉婆早在27歲時便在好萊塢猶太會堂受洗，拍了無數猶太苦難故事，以色列人至今仍對她感恩不盡。

　那些對藝人強力撻伐的網民，更不像話。

　藝人被“三化”──娛樂化、商業化和政治化，是免不了的，不然錢從哪來？藝人吃什么？你養得起嗎？

美國選舉找明星站台

　動不動就喊杯葛，你對偶像有多虔誠啊？別告訴我你從沒買過盜版碟、沒偷偷從網絡下載過偶像的歌。

　美國選舉，最愛找明星站台，明星也不介意。民主社會嘛，政治傾向跟性傾向一樣，再自然不過。

　再說明星站台，增加熱鬧氣氛，減少殺氣，讓年輕人有機會近距離接近政治，不見得是壞事。

　政黨本身其實也無從確知，明星效應究竟如何，能幫忙拉多少票。

　明星效應都是被假設而成，被高估了，否則砂人聯黨也不會輸到貼地。

　美國上屆初選，歐普拉力挺奧巴馬，芭芭拉史翠珊挺希拉莉。又唱又演的芭芭拉史翠珊，名氣不會低過歐普拉吧？希拉莉還是輸了。

　台灣著名藝人白冰冰，在總統大選時公然挺馬，馬英九贏了，這能說是白冰冰的功勞嗎？

　在意名人為政黨站台的人，實在是吃飽太閒了。
